We take great pride in what we do and carefully allocate timing for each service to make sure that your appointment and our stylists day runs smoothly. It is simply not possible for us to achieve results in a shorter time frame than what we have previously allocated. So we please ask that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Arriving late effects your appointment, puts pressure on our stylist and disrupts other clients appointments who are booked in around you and are now made to wait.


We understand that sometimes “life happens” and for a number of reasons you may need to cancel your appointment. Please be considerate to your stylist and our small business. Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you can no longer make your appointment. A last-minute cancellation or not showing to an appointment is a huge loss to us, as in most cases we have had to turn away other guests.

Instagram/ Facebook Direct Messages are not considered as an appropriate means to cancel or reschedule. Please call the salon or send us an email.

Serial offenders will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking for any future appointments. This amount will then be deducted from your docket at the completion of your service

YOUR VISIT – Things to consider

To guarantee the best results of your colour please shampoo your hair 24 hours prior to your visit. Clients with hair deemed unfit to colour and in need of shampooing, by your colourist, will be charged additionally for a pre colour shampoo.

We ask that all new clients to the salon arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment start time.

When visiting the salon for a colour appointment we generally recommend allowing 2.5-3 hours for your appointment. For a Style Cut appointment, we ask that you allow 1 hour.

*please keep in mind that full heads of foils or colour corrections will take longer and you will be quoted on time before any service is performed.
